Cement tile gets its beauty and richness from its handmade nature.Like any handcrafted product Cement tiles will not be identical from pieces to pieces. Variations such as size, shade, imperfections, irregular edges and the appearance of fine cracks are inherent to this product and can vary from pieces to pieces. These variations make cement tiles intrinsically beautiful however shall not compromise the durability of the tile.
Please note that all cement tiles may suffer color tone changes over time and with regular maintenance. To ensure the best color match, place orders for all quantities to complete the installation, including extras for damage, cuts and waste.
We recommend 10% to be added to all measurements. Material should be mixed from different cartons during installation to provide a cohesive installation.

In stock orders ship within five (5) working days.
Special/custom order tiles typically take between 8-12 weeks to ship, but can take longer based on production schedules and times of year.
Due to the fact that we do not stock custom designs and colors, we cannot accept order cancellations after production has begun.
GST at applicable rates will be charged on all applicable orders.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to your purchase, or the relative rights of you and Lioness Tile, shall be settled by arbitration in the City of Jaipur, Rajasthan, in accordance with the then-existing Rajasthan Arbitration Code.
One arbitrator shall be mutually agreed upon by all parties to the arbitration. If all parties cannot agree on a single arbitrator, each party shall choose an arbitrator, who shall in turn select another individual to act as the arbitrator. This provision will be specifically enforceable.
The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding on the parties, and judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
The expenses of arbitration will be borne by the losing parties to the proceeding.All sales are subject to the jurisdiction of a court in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
